Great condition from our large collection of vintage, collectable wine bottles.
Unique wine bottle with fantastic labels.
The hang tag is a bit discolored but it tells the history of Torres: With vines originating in Roman times, TORRES estates are the oldest of the Catalonian region. The TORRES firm started exporting wines in 1870 but the family has owned vineyards since the XVII century... TORRES wines are made on old oak barrels, and after several years of ageing in noble wood, they are bottled: they start then a new life, maturing and improving in deep, cool cellars until they are able to guarantee the world wide quality of the estate bottled TORRES wines.
The last page of the hang tag is the map of Spain indicating the location of the vineyards.
My parents had a fine collection of interesting wines. This bottle is lovely and so appropriate for some ones bar setting. Also would be charming as a candle holder.
