This bottle was made in West Germany   ” Produce and bottled in the tradional manner at Schermbeck, North Rine Westphalia,  West Germany  Imported by James C. Sussex, Ltd. Det. Mich.

On the back of the bottle:  A Tast to Tradition   Tradition says that a day’s outing isn’t quite complete with out a little Schnapps among friends.  So we stop from time to time and pour a toast.  Incidentally,  tradition also says that you dont’t have to go our to enjoy a littlw Shnapps among friens.  Prosit”
