 Vtg 70’s Women’s Platform Shoe Hand Embroidered Edouard Jerrold Suede Greece Box

Original box,  tissue  and receipt from Jacobson’s in Ann Arbor, MI in the early 1970’s

On the top of the box in gold lettering:  Edouard Jerrold  from the Greek Workshop   On the front of the box as well & written made in Greece..There is writing on one side & the picture of the shoe,  part of the price tag….please see the pictures

The box does show some wear…

These shoe are fantastic…..

The embroidery is on the suede

On the lining of the left shoe:  By The Greek Workshop   Edouard Jerrold

On the lining of the right shoe: JACOBSON

There is no indication inside the shoe for size but on the box and on the receipt is 5   B  & G82-856 style #    

The suede portion of the shoe toe to opeining is 4 1/2″

The opening is about 2″

The platform at the heel is 3 wide & the platform in the front of the shoe is 2″

From the toe to the heel it is 9″

These shoes are in fabulous condition….

The maroon shade of suede is stunning……the wear only showing on the bottom of the shoe itself

The hand embroidery on these shoes is just beautiful….

The colors are brillant and the stitch work is an art all in itself…
