This is a promotional mug that was offered by the Standard Monument Company which Mickey Carroll (1919 – 2009) owned.

It has a blue and white “photograph” of himself and Judy Garland from the movie.

Carroll played the “Town Crier”.

The cup reads ” Mickey & Judy, Remember us From “The Wizard of Oz”,
