Vintage 1970’s Guatemala Handmade Hand Woven Wool Wall Hanging Sugar Cane Strip

This piece measures 51" x 26".

The dried sugar cane top strip is 32" with unique wool tassels draped on the sides of the piece that hang 5″ long.

We brought this one of a kind piece of textile art back with us from Guatemala in 1971 while on a cruise.

It was a great country to stop and shop in.

Beautifully hand stitched and hand woven vintage wall hanging.

Certainly one of a kind in excellent condition.

I love the bird motif and the gorgeous colors.
