Two black leather straps for closure in silver tone buckles.
This skirt was a gift from a dear friend who brought this home from Scotland for me in 1979. It was only worn two times in full dress for the Robert Burns Dinner at the Saint Andrew's Society in Detroit, Michigan.
Waist: 22" Length: 26"
Flat fabric in the front and the rest of the skirt is pleated.
The skirt is so 1970's. The fabric is amazing, woven motif of color.
Just an incredible fashion statement.
