Beautiful, rare ceramic piece.

This earthenware piece is hand painted with non toxic glaze.

Amerique du Nord Canada, Quebec.

From nose to tail 9″ – 6″ across Biege “wool” texture on sheep.

This is a fabulous whimsical piece.

The sheep has a black ceramic face with the ears and eyes in biege are the nose & mouth are “carved”.

There are 2 black feet about 2” wide.

Great decorative piece as a planter or fine home decor.

It is stamped in the glaze between the legs “Amerique Cote 1980" logo.

The piece is in excellent condition.

We are the original owners as it was a gift to us in 1980, never used.
