Vtg 1950s The Workshop of Morton Karten Girl's Pink Winter Snow Bunny Suit Wind & Rain Resistant 3-6 Mos. Zipper Sides Mittens Bootie

This is from 1955. It is from our large vintage collection of baby clothes from that era.

An amazing piece of clothing.

Fantastic original label. Ther is no indication of the type of fabric.

This was called a bunny suit. On the back of the suit is a fluffy pom pom "bunny tail". So uniquely constructed.

Two snaps at the Peter Pan collar. Then on either side of the suit are two zippers 20 1/2" that open the entire suit up for easy access.

There is no indication of the size. We believe it is 3-6 mos. Please see the measurements.

Sleeve to the shoulder: 15"
Elastic waist with give: 9"

The mittens are button attatched to the wrist. Missing one bootie. The bootie is also attatched with two buttons with a white pom pom on it.

The suit is ready to be freshened.

Just a tremdous piece of fine tailoring.
