We have two of these woodcuts from the Fifty-Three Stations Of The Tokaido in our fine art collection. They are being sold separately. We have had this piece in our collection since the mid 1960's.
I have reached out to a few experts in 1980. Two specific art galleries that specialize in antique and vintage Japanese woodcuts. Both experts agree in the pieces.

Woodcut by Hiroshige 1st
From the series "Fifty-Three Stations Of The Takaido" (Tokaido being the main highway between Tokyo, the called Edo, and Kyoto).
Titled: HIRATSUKA (name of a town) near Odawara. Two travellers through the paddy fields.
The publishers' seal on the left side of the print, is not listed in the main reference book (way before computers) on ukiyo-e prints: Ukiyo-e Giten, by Yoshida Teruji, who has spent forty years researching the field. Therefore it is not possible to tell you whose seal it is.
This woodcut is possibly from a later reproduction of the original.
This piece is beautifully framed in a gold wooden frame with red matting.
Stunning piece that would be welcomed to your fine art collection.
